Gatlinburg View Lodge

We drove up to the property and checked out the room and it was dirty, felt unsafe, and was overall not what the pictures or description said it was. We didn’t even stay and they still charged us. Reached out twice now and nothing, even left a message on the site and again nothing. I do NOT recommend staying here. Staff is not existent and neither are fair conditions. Don’t recommend.

It was a very nice stay overall. Room was clean and staff brought extra towels on request the 2nd day. Still setup to be very little contact was sent code to get into the room the day of check in. Extra towels and other amenities requested by leaving a paper on the door marked with what you need. About a mile from the Main Street in Gatlinburg, TN so it is walkable but the way back is mostly uphill. Still close enough and affordable in Gatlinburg, TN

Room was very clean snd had a nice little community center. Was a bit different with the no contact check in. I would stay again.

Though i find this property last minute, was able to confirm the booking over phone and got the room details. No one was available at the property office room. Coffe machine was dusty and no remote for AC and was not working properly. Environnent is clean and quiet. Since a night stay didnt expect much but sleep disturbed fie to AC.. No free breakfast.. OK to stay... not upto the rating provided here...

For the price and how last minute we booked it was definitely ok! The bed was awful for sure and there was very little water pressure. Probably won’t be staying here again but isn’t bad for a last minute booking.

This was a very clean hotel and the beds were comfortable. The shower stream would only heat to lukewarm and the flow was not strong, which was unfortunate during a cold snap. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Very old motel

The hot water in the shower was nonexistent as well as there is no water pressure. There were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom. The throw pillow on the chair was ripped with a big hole in it. The location is convenient and the bed was comfortable.

2 twin beds put together as 1 king. Both sides were different firmness and very uncomfortable. A/c unit so loud that we couldn’t sleep. Cobwebs in corners. On a busy and loud road so plan to be up by 630 or 7 every am.
