The location was pretty good, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. When we got there late, the manager had given our room to her friends because she thought I had called and canceled (I hadn’t). So she kicked her friends out of our room, but we were left with their stuff in our fridge and garbage. She announced our room code out loud in the parking lot with others around (not secure!) There was no hot water for showers (none at all). We also spent a long time trying to identify the small bug we found on the pillow (inconclusive). The “king” bed is two twin box springs with a mattress pad over it. Would not recommend!

This property was very CLEAN SAFE AND well kept up! The owners have done a GREAT job with the decor and the amenities! Highly recommend it if you are looking for clean quiet and not in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg! Your close enough but not on top of everything 👍 Thank you

Great value and excellent staff

Worst hotel

The hotel room was fantastic and my kids were super excited when I opened the door. I was grateful for the coffee machine, kitchen and fridge. It was close to everything and we spelt very comfortably.

Easy check-in service via email. Problems with the TV were quickly addressed. Older lodge/motel but quiet and clean. A blow dryer in the room would have been a definite bonus!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! When we got to our room, the sheets had blood stains on them, the room had a mildew smell, the service was horrible and I can go on and on. I tried to get ahold of the staff to change the sheets and finally able to reach someone via email through the Expedia app. They said they were going to send someone and no one ever showed up. We checked in and checked out the same evening because I was not going to sleep on blood stained sheets or sleep with the mildew smell. The entire place seemed sketchy and the picture and description on Expedia do not reflect the hotel. Please save yourself money and stay somewhere else.

They have nice area with a firepit, they also had an area for family games but the property is old and the water pressure was not good. It was nice to have fridge and microwave.
