Very nice! Clean , Safe , Quiet , Convenient And a nice view- My go to place in Gatlinburg.

Parking and access is awkward.

Everything was average. The only problems was that the bed was very uncomfortable and the water pressure could have been better.

The room was good and very clean. The bathroom was also clean but there is no hot water. I got slightly warm water for like 5 mins then its really room temp - warm kinda temperature. The shower head does not adjust and is very weirdly low. I am 5’3 and it was difficult for me to bend to wash my head. There is no wifi signal. They say there is and provide you the password, but the network isn’t even reachable in the room. I was able to connect wifi in the common breakout room but it still didn’t have any network. The beds were OK not super comfortable. All in all, this place is ok for a night ot two’s stay if you are looking for a comparativey cheaper place in gatlinburg. But don’t expect much other than that you would get a clean bed to crash for night. The good thing was they send you the room number and the code for the lock and checkin was like super easy

The exterior of the building looks nice. The indoor pool and front lobby are really pretty. But the bedrooms themselves are not as nice as they appear in the photos. The facility is old, and despite some paint and attempts at an updated design, they still feel like old roadside motel rooms. My husband and I booked this place for our 25th wedding anniversary. I was disgusted when I entered the room. Because we booked through a third party and not directly with the hotel, we could not get a refund.

We had no internet the whole time we were there. Apparently someone was called to fix it which never happened. We asked for some kind of refund but heard nothing. I thought it would be nice to stay at a lodge in the mountains. I wish we had stayed at a hotel.

At first it was a great stay, seemed clean and comfortable. We arrived later in the night with an Easy contactless check in. Which was great. We crashed shortly after arriving. Then we woke up and seen the wrongs in the daylight. I called the office for an issue and it never was resolved. Then I called again for another reason and never heard back at all. Cleanliness wasn’t so great either. You would take a shower and walk on the carpet and my feet were black again. The room also had a musty smell to it. Which we past off due to being in the mountains and moisture. There is a notice in the room about a cleaning fee if it smells like cigarettes or weed. And then I watched the cleaning lady walk around with clean towels while smoking a cigarette. To each his own but you can’t charge for it when it could have been your people. We didn’t get the extra charge, just thought it was careless. The bed was 2 single frames with what looked like jail mattresses on them and 2 very slim mattress “pads”. So our rest was restless. I was excited to have a place right in Gatlinburg and for the price, I got what I paid for I guess. The sheets had dried blood on them. But seeing as to the fact they didn’t call me back for a simple reason we shifted the sheet and ignored it. We did like the little seating area out back. Very cute. Except for the broken porch swing. Smoking area seemed to close to the woods away from sitting area. Will look for other accommodations if we decide to come back.

Check in was done by electronic , which was different, all in all not a bad place to stay if you just need a place to crash.

Place is super cheap, which is awesome. The pictures feel a little misleading though. Rooms were clean, no bugs inside, sheets had lint, which is unavoidable I suppose. Beds were hard, and used the same frames I had in a freshman college dorm. Place is 18 which is a big plus. There is no office you go to check in at, you just walk in and walk out of your room once you have the code. Wifi is awful, as in, it doesn’t work period. We called the front desk, nothing they could do they said. Coffee maker works well, parking is empty, place is quiet, close to cool stuff. All in all, exactly what you would get for 400.

Bed was ver old and uncomfortable, air conditioner did not cool room adequately leaving for a warm nights sleep
