Gatlinburg View Lodge

My daughter arrived there were no towels, sheets or toilet paper. She tried to call to no avail. I tried to reach someone by text and call to no avail. I called and text at least 30 times. She could not shower or use the bath room. I want ever penny back that I spent. I called Expedia and told them this place was a scam and a slumlord ran establishment.

We took two of our granddaughters (ages 6 & 7) to Gatlinburg for a birthday celebration weekend. Our daughter in law recommended this place and we're glad she did. It's got a great location with easy access to the trolley. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the bunk beds for the kids. We also really love the community center and community kitchen ideas. We've already booked another weekend here for our 3 year old granddaughter's birthday weekend celebration.

Need to clean recreational area.

Hotel was great and had a nice view. We enjoyed not being on the strip but close enough to walk. I just wish there was a walkway/stairs to get down to the road so you didn't have to go up and down the steep driveway.

The rooms were very clean, but no office. No extra toilet paper in the rooms. The wife almost crap her self. Beds are terrible

This was a quick over night trip for my son and I. Everything was nice. The room was in excellent condition. It was nice and quiet.

Loved the check in process..very easy, no hassle! Looked nice and clean. We would stay there again!

Was down for Labor Day weekend. The location was great close to everything the room was fine. The only thing that I didn’t like was the water it didn’t stay warm long enough in the shower.

Check in was at 4:00 and at 3:42 I called to see if we could check in early. I was told our room had a maintenance issue and would be another 30 minutes. I call back in 30 minutes and no answer. My husband finally sees a handy man and he checks on the progress of our room. A lady comes back and says 30 more minutes. We go to the community lounge at the hotel to go to the bathroom and it was horrific. No toilet paper, only a box of tissues on the floor. I lift the toilet seat and what was inside was something out of a horror film. So disgusting and nasty. We finally get to go to our room at 6:30, two and a half hours after we got there. The lady from the hotel came while we were getting in our room and pulled panties from behind the tv in our room. I’m not sure if they were hers or not. So nasty! We were told we would get a $25 Amazon gift certificate to my email for the inconvenience and never got it. The shower that was “fixed” was terrible. There was blood on the sheets and another bodily fluid on the curtains if you know what I mean. Absolutely disgusting. I would NEVER stay here again. They don’t even have a front office to check in at. Just a phone number to call or text. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
