Radisson RED Hotel London Heathrow

I bought a small bowl of soup and a large wine - no special wine. It was £24 !!! That is absurdly expensive. I heard others voice similar thoughts. If I stay again I’ll NEVER buy food/drink.

Room was fine. Restaurant was very disappointing and had only buffet with no drinks included. No selection. Better to eat at the bar.

Very busy hotel but staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Lovely place

It was such a stunning hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed. I loved the decor. The hotel smelled amazing. And the rooms are nice and spacious. I would definitely stay here again and its very conveniently located near London Heathrow.

easy check in fab beds

Room lighting dingy room too warm hotel ordinary. However it is v convenient.

The hotel is in a great location for Heathrow. The room was excellent, clean, modern and comfortable. Sadly the let down for the hotel was the very slow check-in. Then on arrival at the room, no power. The resolution was slow and staff not very helpful. At check out only 1 person to assist, again along wait to leave bags. Great hotel, just not a great customer service experience.

This exceeded my expectations. There’s a spaciousness upon entering with two locations to check-in. Dining was close by with several choices. Fun decor and comfortable seating, with fresh lemon water in the lobby and complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water in the rooms. Our room looked and felt newly refurbished. There were plenty of green spaces around for our pup to do his business and walk around. Nearby petrol station, convenience store and pub.

20 minutes to find a parking space, cars double paarked on red route road markings. Not a pleasant welcoming experience
