Very clean. Great breakfast. Front desk super helpful. I had forgotton a couple of items and they supplied them with a smile.

Bathroom door was a sliding barn door.

Rooms were really nice

There was a baseball tournament for kids and staff allowed parents to drink alcohol in main areas,pool area,work our room and literally tailgate in parking lot. Kids were unattended and staff just let it happen.It was definitely not a family atmosphere.The pool was to cold to swim in. Served the same thing everyday for breakfast

"It was fantastic!!"

1st time and for I paid for was not expecting a full kitchen and large bath. Plus a couch to watch TV and not lying in bed. Will book at Main Stays from now on if they're as great as in Waukee.

Perfect property for a stop on a roadtrip. We aren’t looking for anything upscale, but this is always takes care of us very well. Clean, big rooms, new finishes and sheets. All that we could ask for on our way west.
