"Spotless & Quiet"

We stopped for 1 night on our way to Phoenix for the winter. This new Fairfield is SPOTLESS! Staff always smiling and polite. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and eating space was nice and quiet due to muted TV (Thank You!). Lobby had several nice comfortable conversation groupings. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Even with the location next to the interstate, we did not hear a thing and slept soundly. Walking distance to a top line steak house. Marriott scores again!

The property was extremely clean and well-maintained: Lobby, public space, hallways, the room itself and the bathroom, and the amenity areas. HVAC in the room made it very comfortable for sleeping. The staff was friendly and very professional. The parking area was well lit and felt secure.
