The hotel was clean , spotless, but the beds need to be replaced with new mattresses. They are so uncomfortable. The breakfast was okay, but not the best. Also , the swimming was was not clean.

The gym is great.

The staff did nothing to help me solve a problem, which would have been quite easy for them to solve. In fact, instead of assisting me and my family, they threw every roadblock possible in our way. MM
