The rooms were fab and the balcony was fantastic. The view were beautiful and the location was perfect for our stay. The hosts communication was great.

Only 9 chairs around the dining table, but this was okay as we took a couple from the balcony.

Great location in the middle of Bath. Perfect for a big group, lots of communal space Roof terrace was a big bonus Great value for money Beds were comfy Easy to get in, good not to have a key Responsive hosts

The property was clean in general, bedding and bathrooms etc were clean. However, dirty and wet plates and cups etc in kitchen cupboards (could have been how past guests put them away, but this should be checked). Also very dusty down the side of beds etc. Property would benefit from a deep clean. Issues with the thermostat - heating kept coming on when it shouldn’t have so it was very hot!
