City centre location, many beds that could accommodate big groups like ours.

Unpleasant smell at main entrance. Most probably because of the pets living in the same building.

The location is excellent. The facilities are good.

I think the property is managed by a company. The staff never answered the phone nor returned the call. I had left 2 voice messages, they replied via booking.com message box or by email. Their emails sound a bit unfriendly. They emailed me totally 3 passwords for the locks. In fact, there are only 2 locks. I asked them for clarification. They told me off saying that I never read their emails and left them 2 voice messages. If I was not allowed to phone them, they'd better not to post their contact phone number on booking.com. Another nuisance is the common area of the building. The ground floor is very smelly. One evening when we were back to the maisonette, 4 big flies flying around and along the stairs. How nauseating it is! When we walked up to the 2nd floor to reach the property, we dared not to open the door of the property. We had tried hard to drive them away but in vain. We could only take chance to open the door and slipped into the property one by one. If the staff can be more friendly and the ground floor be cleaner, this property is a very good choice to stay.

Well located in the center of the city, just a block away from the High Street shops on one side and on the other side a block away from Waitrose. Less than half a mile from long term parking at Charlotte Street one way and less than half a mile from the Abbey and Roman baths in the other direction. The entire apt was clean and well appointed with plenty of beds for our extended family of 12. The upstairs (living and dining rooms) get hot but our stay coincided with multiple 32C and 33C days and it still wasn't unbearable. The rooftop terrace was the place we went to cool off and its amazing view of the church and surrounding countryside was unbeatable.

The closest long term parking is Charlotte Street Parking and it's a little under half a mile away. It costs around GBP 12 per 24 hours. There are two short term (4 hours or less) parking lots right across the street in either direction - the Broad Street Parking lot is about 30 yards away from the front door while the Cattle Market Parking Lot is a little over 100 yards away.

All really good. Lots of stairs but that was to be expected

We had a bed for everyone. There were two bathrooms. The terrace was beautiful!
