Asean Garden Homestay Hue

The location is fantastic! The homestay courtyard is serene and relaxing, they have beautiful plants and lovely songbirds.

The a/c didn’t work in our room. The hot water only lasted 1 minute per shower. There was no kettle in our room when we arrived. We were provided one, however, when we asked. I am an English speaker only. I found it very hard to communicate well with the staff. I used the Google Translate App to try and convey things. The staff seemed to have too much on the go to respond, however, so it was hard to communicate with the front desk staff when we needed to get help.

L'emplacement était bien pour visiter la cité impériale. La chambre était spacieuse.

Le plafond n'était pas forcément très propre avec de la poussière et des insectes.

The location was really good, and the staff really friendly, it felt almost like being with family. They also helped us book a drive to Da Nang and switched it when we got stuck in traffic in a tour to another one. In general it’s simply but comfortable.

The rooms aren’t the cleanest, it’s not bad but simply don’t expect the same standard as off a high brand hotel and you’ll be fine.
