Parts of the apartment are dirty, lots of stains on the couch. One of the heaters was difficult to operate (possibly faulty) There’s no clothes dryer.

Excellent location! Sapporo station 7-10 mins walk, Family Market at the corner. Nijo market, Odori park, Sapporo Factory are all within 17 - 20 mins walk. Love the convenience

I wish there is another mirror outside the bathroom. And one trash can in the toilet for feminine product.

アパートタイプの宿泊が初めてで、チェックインのメールを見落としていてかなり手惑いましたが、サポートセンター?に電話をかけたら、丁寧に対応してくださいました。何か分からないことがあればどんなことでも丁寧に対応していただきありがたかったです。

私の性格に由来していますが、他人の家を借りている感覚で、なるべく汚さないようにとちょっと窮屈な感じがしました、

風呂にピンクカビがあった

部屋も綺麗に整えられていて快適に過ごすことができました。チェックイン、チェックアウトの方法も丁寧なメッセージが送られてきたのでわかりやすかったです。
