Location near airport busstop. Also walking distance to Sapporo station. Easy check-in process advisable do preregistration for easy check-in. Amenities provided.

2nd room small for 3 single beds. No walking space and luggages space. All beds sunken in caused back-aches.

Great location, clean, easy to booki and out, timely response from staff.

The sleeper coach is really not suitable as a 2 sleeper bed. It was uncomfortable. I do think that it is important for me to note that my kids are really tall and that it probably better to book space for them as adults.

"Good location and quiet surroundings"

Good location. Walking distance to some main attractions. I had some issues with the self check-in and the staff was very quick to respond with assistance. I'm also glad that i managed to book this room that comes with free parking.

房間比想像中大了一點，備品齊（給了我們兩罐沐浴乳而忘了給洗髮精，不過我們自己有所以沒差）

出房門後等電梯的區域常有煙味實在很臭。客廳桌的設計實在是令人一直撞到腳
