Best Western Plus Tejvivaan

The staff lacked professionalism and seemed inexperienced in handling basic guest requests. Additionally, their behavior was disrespectful, which is disappointing when expecting good hospitality. As things stand, I cannot recommend this hotel unless there is a significant improvement in the way they treat guests.

Don't use their laundry service because you might not get all your clothes back or some other rooms. They supposedly were going to try and fix it.

Great overall stay

We had a lovely time, the staff were great and helpful. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas.

The matresses are too soft and found unsuitable for people of age beyond 60

Decor is good

Staff service was bad. Checkin and checkout was not up to expectations. Room was quite un tidy. Setup was not made for two persons. Bed was very uncomfortable. When i asked for turndown service and left for outing, i came back and the room was exactly the same. Not having 24hrs room service was a drop. Overall very bad experience and no staff service.
