Breakfast was amazing. The sales manager Mr Rao upgraded us to a really nice room. The staff is excellent

Wifi speed, no HD TV channels, only 2 devices per room for Wifi

there was mold on the shower curtain. the floor gets too wet after a shower. there were no wash cloths

The staff was very welcoming and could solve our inquiries. The reception was very good and they helped us arrange transport whenever needed. At the restaurant they were very understanding and supportive. We felt very welcomed.

We arranged the transfer from the airport to the hotel in advance, but the reservation was never made. We had to arrange last-minute transfer, but they easily arranged for our transfer from the hotel, which was very helpful.

Things I liked: 1. Great location. Close to various attractions, restaurants and shops. 2. Very satisfactory cleanliness. 3. Perfect lighting in the room & bathroom. Quality toiletries. 4. Good shower pressure. 5. Comfortable bed. No outside noise. 6. Courteous staff. 7. Decent in-house restaurant with tasty food at reasonable prices. 8. Printout of TV channel list so that you don't have to search.

Things I would have liked better: 1. Alcoholic drinks not available in the "bar". Not even beer. 2. Menu card should be in every room. 3. No particularly pleasant views from the room. But that's to be expected out of a city-center hotel.
