AJ Residence Kota Kinabalu City Center

The room was very comfortable, clean and modern. The staff were super attentive and made sure I lacked for nothing and were very quick to respondto anything I asked. There was always bottled water, soap and toiletries available. There were only five rooms there so it was extremely quiet and other guests were respectful. It is near many eating areas, so you don't have to go far for a meal. There's also many bakeries and convenience stores for all your needs. I recommend these residences and are, in my opinion, good value for money compared to what I've had for a similar price elsewhere.

The entrance to the residences may put some people off, but I always felt perfectly safe and there was never an issue. Once you get into the residences themselves it's like a little oasis.

Beautiful apartment in a great location, in close proximity to both the airport and the pier to take the daily boats to the islands. The residence itself is quiet, very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The team went above and beyond by creating a WhatsApp group chat for any questions/concerns and also allowing me to check in early when my flight arrived in the morning. Great stay!

La atención vía washap instantánea y la limpieza y el confort de una habitación totalmente moderna y renovada

Debido a las fuertes lluvias, y ser un edificio antiguo se filtro algo de agua de la fachada hacia la habitación a traves de la ventana.

Tolle Kommunikation, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, die Lage in asia City ist geschickt, allerdings nicht "schön".

Wer ein schönes Haus möchte, ist nicht gut bedient.
