AJ Residence Kota Kinabalu City Center

The room was clean, spacious, and elegantly decorated, exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable and the ambient lighting created a cozy atmosphere. The location is strategic—close to Asia City and within walking distance to many eateries and attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

In a great central location. Really well run place. I can tell that the owners take a lot of time to make things work smoothly. No complaints at all from me.

Just the shower bath having clogged and the stair😌 2nd Floor...but still satisfied my money😉

The room is extremely clean. The property is located easy walking distance to the Filipino market and Gaya Street night and Sunday markets.

While tastefully furnished, the advertising photos of this property does not reflect its true size. It is extremely compact and situated on the second storey within an old building above shops. There is no view (just a view of the back of other old buildings) and there are no lifts. There is no parking space, just ticketed public parking which can be difficult during weekdays.

La atención fue excepcional. La habitación tenía todo lo que pudieras necesitar. Está en todo el meollo de la ciudad. Para recomendar!! Gracias por todo Irene, Venís y Vinah! Ha sido una estancia estupenda:)

Bersih dan amat selesa. Mknan senang dpt..turun saja boleh jumpa kedai runcit, restoran, bakery & lain2.

Semua ok kecuali bilik mandi, sangat transparent. Mungkin ada yang hadir bersama keluarga dan anak-anak kecil, jd amat tidak selesa mandi dengan gelas kaca yang sngt transparent. Mungkin boleh buat penambahbaikan untuk tutup atau gnti pintu trsebut (pintu biasa).
