The location is right at the beach, which is a plus, my room was spacious and clean, the staff is very atentive and cortious,the pool needs to be clean more often, the water was murky,

The beach was the highlight of the property for me, so quite and peaceful. Good breakfast!! Room looked brand new. Pools needed more maintenace and if you do not have your own transportation it was difficult to get a mototaxi at night time add to the fact that most of them stop working by 7 or 8 pm. Most of the staff were friendly and nice.

Booked this place for over a week but only stayed for 4 days. The electricity is not stable. I paid over 1000 limpiras for 2 ceviche appetizers that barely had any fish, 1 lemonade, and 1 piña colada. Total rip off. With unstable wif, unstable electricity, and nothing close by, we chose to leave early and enjoy ourselves elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bryant Osorio went out of his way to help us, Bictor Franklyn and the manager whose name Cannot remember made our stay a pleasant experience. Those are a few names to mention but overall all around the hotel the beach everyone was very friendly. The food excellent. The rooms very comfortable. Definitely will be coming back.

I would like to say first and foremost thank you to the lovely people and staff who went above and beyond for us at Viña Del Mar. To Mr. Ramon Guevara and Mr. Saul and the young lady receptionist, I can’t thank you enough for a wonderful time and great visit. The other workers were great and the room was tidy plus the shower and bathroom were clean and comfortable, the beach was nice and the pool was great plus there was a lot of good food and drinks plus the convenience of the Motocabs and the San Fernando Omoa Fortress nearby made it a great experience. Thank you everyone for also being there for me, my mom and aunt who also loved the beach and the coffee plus the food. Until next time
