Palmazul - Viña del Mar

The beds are the only horrible part of this hotel. Like sleeping on plywood with a sheet ovet it and a "pillow" that is only 1inch thick. Bring your own pillow and some pain meds for your back. Other than that, the whole place is super clean, great staff, great service, great food, great drinks, and the option to swim in the ocean or the pools surrounding the restaurant. They chlorinate the pools and clean them daily. I would stay here again if I bring my own pillow and mattress pad.

Stuff is good pool is ok but air conditioner is poor noisy y vibration and not friendly controlar

This place was cleaned comfortable and so wonderful. I felt so safe relax and the view was unbeatable. Im glad i went here will be back again to enjoy your wonderful place.

Horrible place to stay Conditions are not fitted for the charges Nothing like the pics Restaurant breakfast was simple and very limited.. enough for at 7 years old kid. Beach was trashy and with strong waves I do not recommend this place for vacationing.

Great place for a getaway from the city. Very hospitable and friendly staff. I would highly recommend it.
