Grand Mir Hotel

Hotel is good, Rooms are big, Centrally located. All places are nearby. Bed is comfortable.

AC are not working. I changed 2 rooms but the Air conditioning are out dated and very old. After keeping temp at 5'c , I was feeling hot. Complained to staff multiple times but they just argue that room will get cold in stages. I asked them that the AC is ON for 6 hours and till now I am feeling hot. But they were not worried.

It was a good hotel in the middle of a busy street and a roundabout despite that it didn't bother me. Good location within short walking distance to plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. The hotel is a little bit old and lives on old merits and needs some refreshment. There is a swimming pool at the facility but due to there wasn't a season I couldn't try it. A gym and a spa are open for the local population but the gym was quite good. No idea about the spa. The breakfast was ok. The personnel were kind of unengaged/not so welcoming and slow at work, I think the management needs to check it up. It was possible to open windows in the room but the window level was very low, so anyone with small children or a person under influence of alcohol could risk to fall over. Take it into consideration. As I understood there were smocking and non-smoking rooms at the facility. Good or bad - your choice. Overall good stay but due to the remarks mentioned above the price could be lower.

Location, breakfast and spa

Front desk clerks (some of them) inadequate, cold and offensive!!! Manager should count on them. Otherwise this factor will definetely effect to decrease the reputation of the hotel.

The security was very rude to see me with my female friend, while we both stayed in different rooms and behaved very bad. Even one of the hotel staff knocked my female friend to check where is she alpne or with any guy. How sick the hotel staffs are. Hotel staffs were staring whenever we come out for breakfast even the hotel staff never smile as a good gesture. No professional behavior. Everyone was like a moral police. I never got a proper tea or coffee in breakfast. Tea was always empty and coffee quality was so poor. Who gave this hotel 4 or 5 star rating. This rating is questionable. The Wifi was pathetic
