Location is good. Swimming pool is good. Breakfast is normal than low level. Bed condition is good. Sauna facilities are good. But air conditioner not make cooling only it make temperature warm.

Location (but I had better one)

Hotel is quite ancient. I can see the old room, not enough towels, phone has no connection etc. I’m sure you can find another one that’s newer or cheaper nearby. This hotel functions due just his history, nothing more.

It's quite a shabby place for the price paid. The reception staff is unprofessional and rude. Not everything listed on booking.com is available: there is no minibar, the AC doesn't work, and the temperature in the room is uncomfortable.
