Location was fabulous. Customer service was great. There was an internet issue, but they kept at it till it was fixed.

The apartment was not as lovely as the photos. It was a bit worse for wear with stained couches and foot stools. The dishwasher had a very musty smell.

The location was great

The room was dirty, the furniture and the stool were stained (it would be better to just remove them from the room rather than leave them dirty). The sofa was very uncomfortable and you couldn’t sleep on it. There was no elevator and the room was on the 4th floor. They only gave us 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 3 days. The bunk bed was unstable — if the person on the top turned over, the person on the bottom would move too. The only good thing about the room was its location, as it was very central and you could easily get anywhere.

Location was very good, coffee pods were provided and high was nice. Body wash in the shower. Apartment was very cute.

Small space, tight for 5 people. The sofa didn’t pull out into a bed so the fifth person slept on the sofa. We were unable to get the wifi to work.

Location was fabulous.

Would have liked a brush to sweep the floor. Bed linen could do with updating. I had to buy batteries for the TV remote. Although the property was clean, it was a little bit tired. It would benefit from fresh paint.

Excellent location, literally in the very center of the city, clean, well-equipped apartment.

We had a problem with the water in the apartment, we had no water for 3 days and the owner did not help us. The problem was with the whole building and the owner was powerless, but he could bring at least one bottle of water...

"Expected better service"

We liked the location, that we had coffee , tea, sugar, shampoo and soap.

We just had 1 big towel per person, I really missed the small one. The information for the check-in came really late in my opinion. We had to pay caution of 250€, that nobody informed us, they mentioned it just the day before our arrival.
