Not clean at all. Couch with many stains

They need to let you know there is no lift!!! Eight flights of stairs to get to the fourth floor. I explained this when we arrived, my husband has an heart condition and was basically told , Bad Luck. They were unwilling to negotiate any settlement other than for us to forfeit all money.

Amazing location. Great price. Easy check in check out. No fuss. All good

when to pick up the keys I paid city tax to the person who was in the apartment. please be careful because the person asked me to pay 56€. The fee was for 4 people, two adults and two children. I paid €28 too much because children under 13 do not pay city tax. I didn't know that, I only read about it on the Internet the next day Attempts to recover the money were unsuccessful

It was clean and had most of the facilities required. The shower was good. Nice views from the window. The location is close to everything or very easy to get to everything as it is close to transport links.

The kitchen lacked some utensils and crockery that would be helpful for cooking. There is only a microwave, no oven. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. This was expected but these would be very useful. There is lots of mould on the shower ceiling. The TV remote does not work. It might be the batteries. The stairs are steeper than expected.

Limited cooking equipment. 1 tea spoon. Only 1 plug socket for kettle, toaster and coffee machine!

Location & ability to get ti major sites

It is hard with stairs - we were warned - but it's hard. No sofa bed that we could find. Towels pretty threadbare

Location of property is the best, can walk to everywhere. Property is old with some updated, 4th floor, no elevator; Sofa covering and linen are dirty; Communications with someone who manages this property is via WhatsApp. It took a while to get response. check-in is 4pm, we were there noon, and asking whether can check in early. Answer is No. We waited until 4pm to check in, the apartment WAS NOT even cleaned; IT WAS MESS. I put on the bed sheets myself, garage bins were full. Almost 5pm, someone came in to clean the house. We had to leave so that cleaning lady can do her job. Bed is not comfortable to sleep on, bath towels, some of them with awful smells (not all of them) I will definitely NOT going back!

The only good thing was the shower pressure and the cold fridge

The bed broke, mould on the ceiling, Bare wires exposed and plugs hanging off walls . Broken ladder on bunk bed. Rude / not helpful staff. Had to leave before the first night with 2 small children at 1030 due to bed broken.

The location was good, but it’s on the 4th floor and it was over 70 steps to climb up every-time. We went to Lisbon before so we knew about that. some may not like it if you have any type of disabilities.

it was cramped, could be a little cleaner. furniture looked tired, mold on the ceiling of the shower. balcony needs a cleaning as well. Outlet in the bed room was out of the wall. Never met anyone, asked for towels and they wanted to charge an extra $15 euros for it, so I bought towels to keep for cheaper. no changing of anything while there for 7 nights, no extra toilet paper or paper towels. I went out and bought them. oh toilet was wobbly and smelled. Wouldn’t stay there again.
