"getting better"

We’ve stayed here the last four years during spring training. Maybe I’ve tempered my expectations, maybe they’ve improved, maybe both. Room setup is the typical Hyatt House. Room is clean. The area around the hotel has quite a few places within talking distance. Ice cream, breakfast, burgers, cocktails, sushi, Starbucks. Plenty of happy hours at those places too. We also caught an ASU basketball game because it was next door. Breakfast is always disappointing, but I’m starting to believe that is how most Hyatt branded properties are now. No issues with housekeeping this year, could be because they stopped demanding early morning access, or because we were at the end of the hall. We did a few Waymo trips this year, where the hotel is situated works out well for how pickup & drop-off work

"Down with the desert"

It was clean and well kept. I enjoyed the small kitchen and the ability to have some separation between the bed and the living room area. It felt like a little temporary home. Parking was a daily charge which isn't the best, but it was pretty convenient and easy. The location is close to the ASU football and basketball games. There are a lot of things within walking distance. Rooftop bar and pool are nice. Highly recommended.

"Great ASU location; rooftop view"

Perfect location for visiting ASU and surrounding areas. Right across the street from dorms. Rooftop has really nice views right near A rock. Parking convenient. Room was spacious and clean, great water pressure.
