"One flaw"

Everything was great. Only complaint is that when the bar/restaurant is open you can't bring food or drinks into the area. The problem with that is they seem to open whenever they want. Hours of operation seems more like a suggestion. Most the time it's closed so we bring our own stuff up to enjoy the rooftop. But the one time they decide to open be prepared for the guy to yell at you to leave.

"ASU-ADOT Pavement & Materials Conference 2025"

Great location, great staff, very convenient, lots of nearby establishments, great bar with great service, and nice to walk to everything. I parked my car the first day and didn't bother with it again until I left. The ASU campus is well kept and students are friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and location. They are very pet friendly! Bar food was great! Oh, the Sprite on ice was not bad either...

"Great Hotel for visiting ASU"

We went to your ASU with our daughter this was a perfect location to tour and attend a football game. Our daughter and her friend were able to safely come and go and experience the campus and people freely.

Close to the airport and to many restaurants. Short drive form airport and walking distance to restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and very good.
