"Good choice for visiting ASU Campus."

Excellent location for visiting ASU campus, very walkable. Received ASU group rate, so good value, however regular rate would be pricey for condition of room, sofa was old and not comfortable for sitting. Tall island did not work for me, tall chair difficult for me to use. Lobby area is nice. Bar restaurant was open, roof top bar closed. We were told it was a staffing issue. Not a problem because many campus restaurants nearby. Blanco’s Mexican and Flower Child both had good food. Close to campus, walkable, if you are not visiting ASU I would not recommend.

Girl at the reception was super nice, and in general staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast was poor, and not a good value for money. Some days they didn't have even yoghurt, they said they ran out. Overall, its a good hotel, but overly expensive for what it offers.

"No EV charger"

I have always stayed at this hotel for my business trip to Phoenix. The main criteria was that it had EV chargers and I drive an electric car from my home to Phoenix. I need to have a reliable place to charge it. On my last visit, I discovered that Arizona State University has retrofitted all the parking lots with Tesla only chargers. I guess they’ve decided that Ford GM’s and everyone else shouldn’t have access to charging in their garages. This was very frustrating as it removed my ability to charge my car as I was sleeping in the hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot come back to this Hyatt because it doesn’t have the infrastructure for non-Tesla vehicles to charge. Otherwise it’s a decent hotel great location

"Spacious rooms with daily housekeeping"

The best aspect of the Hyatt House was daily housekeeping and the cleanliness of the room. The 2 queen / den room we had was very spacious with a large bathroom and shower. The beds were very comfortable, the towels were very nice, and we had very little noise from the hallway or other rooms. The view of the university from the room was great also. The rooftop area is nice with the bar, seating, and the pool (more for lounging in than swimming due to the small size). The breakfast had a good variety and offerings. However, the pancakes, waffles and eggs were cold each day and the pancakes were dried out. I recommend the Waymo to travel from the airport to the hotel if you do not need a car during your stay.
