Excellent management staff. Central location. Neat well decorated apartment. Ideal for a weekend break but not longer term.

Apartment is unfortunately directly below an office, which creates significant noise from hard-healed shoes from 0630-1930 M-F. Kitchen layout needs work - crockery very inaccessible. Flat battery in security safe. Floor was very sticky - needs thorough cleaning. Commercial rubbish/,recycling collection creates load noise from 0600.

Apartment is situated in an old palazzo building with shops on your doorstep (Carrefour Express and Pam). Whilst the area is busy, the apartment itself was very quiet and although located on the 3rd floor this wasn't a problem as there is a lift (probably not suitable for wheelchair users though). It is a 5 minute walk to the train station for those who like to venture to other places for the day. Metro, buses and trams again all a short walk away and with a daily ticket costing E4.50 you can hop on and off as much as you want to. Airport bus also stops just a few metres from the door so very handy. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants all within a short walk. Apartment had plenty of storage space and was equipped with the majority of things required for our stay (pots, pans, cutlery, coffee machine, microwave, safety deposit box, iron, ironing board and also a shared washing machine located in the communal area). Shower was great and lots of hot water. Sara who met us was very kind and helpful.

We marked this appartment as a 9 but if there had been an electric kettle, a toaster and a couple of coat hooks for wet coats we would have given it a 10. But these are very minor points and did not affect our enjoyment/stay.

Solo un detalle , al ser un apartaments , te retienen una garantia por seguridad del mismo. Esto no lo considero mal lo que SI SUGIERO es al momento de comprobar que dichas instalaciones NO HAN SUFRIDO VANDALISMO O DAÑO ALGUNO EN DICHAS INSTALACIONES , al pasajero se informe que todo esta correcto a traves de mensaje. Dado que hasta que regresé a mi localidad no pude verificar si no se habia realizado el cobro de la garantia que se exige al reservar a vuestras instalaciones. SOLO ES ENVIAR UN EMAIL : "TODO CORRECTO AL ENTREGAR EL APARTAMENTS " PARA TRANQUILIDAD NUESTRA. INSISTO ESTO ES UNA SUGERENCIA HACIA EL PASAJERO .- POR LO DEMAS TODO CORRECTISIMO
