The location is well located, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable

The staff.. The main problem was the payment process. What the hotel calls a “pre-authorization” is not a real pre-authorization: they actually charge €200 upfront. When you arrive, they do not deduct it from your stay, and instead tell you that the refund may take 15 days to 3 weeks. This is not a normal or acceptable hotel procedure. I also asked for a simple invoice/proof of payment, and despite being told I would receive it, I had to insist several times. They finally sent it after I had already left, and honestly, if I had not put pressure on them, I’m not sure I would have ever received it. Overall, the administrative handling was misleading, extremely slow, and very frustrating.

La habitación era amplia y cómoda, con todos los servicios para hacer una estancia agradable. Baño completo y limpio, pequeña cocina americana, nevera, lavaplatos, plancha, etc, en fin todo lo necesario para estar casi como en casa durante un fin de semana largo. La ubicación es perfecta, junto a la estación central, los autobuses al aeropuerto en la puerta, y al pie de la Avenida Roma que permite el acceso paseando al centro de la ciudad. En los alrededores hay magníficos sitios para desayunar

No hay nada negativo que sea destacable, quizás solo indicar que el hotel de referencia no está a 600 metros de distancia, sino a un kilometro, pero solo hace falta para dejar las llaves y las maletas, si se quiere aprovechar el último día en la ciudad
