The check-in process was easy and the apartment was better than expected.

The check-in person minimised my concern about the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Fortunately the weather was good and the apartment is high so we were able to leave the windows open the whole time. The living room part of the apartment had a horrible smell of cigarette smoke in the porous wallpaper, that made our eyes sting. The management response was to bring in an "Ozone Machine" each day to try to reduce the pollution - which perhaps helped slightly but even on our third morning as we were leaving, our eyes were stinging. When I suggested they need to disclose it's a smoking room or ban smoking, the manager helpfully advised that smoking is not permitted, however, that's only in the fine print - there is nothing in the check-in process, check-in documents supplied, nor any signs in the room saying not to smoke or suggesting a penalty for smoking. Clearly people smoke in there often and that's why the Ozone Machine lives in a cupboard opposite our room. (Room 307)

Apartamento perfecto, tanto la ubicación como el confort, el tamaño y la equipación. El personal, muy atento y disponible. Repetiremos en próximos viajes a Turín.

Excelente departamento cómodo,con un gustó decorado de lo mejor, las dos ventanas daban a la plaza, era hermoso salir al balconcito y tener esa vista Todo súper equipado, excelente calidad de toallas y sábanas con una una cama de 2 metros Equipo de aire split en cada ambiente, estuvimos del 19 de junio al 10 de julio Nos tocó muchísimo calor y llegar al depto era un placer También para los que van en invierno, calefacción central Todo impecable mas de lo que esperábamos La atención de 10 Lo recomiendo 100% Cuando vuelva a Turín regresaré al este departamento

Problems with other guests not respecting the rules; closing elevator doors, closing wooden doors. Cleaning of the room should be more often, every 3-4 days.
