The place was ok but service sucks. I should get all my money back. No AC for 2 days no water for like 10 hours. No toilet paper no clean towels. I never went to such a horrible place. No answers back when you called the place. I want all my money back

Privacy, super-central, elegant ambiance/room/building, large floor space, close support from staff. Shutters and shutter slats didn’t work properly, but staff helped immediately. Very close to the train station.

Nothing.

Posizione ottima in un palazzo d’epoca di fronte alla stazione di Torino Porta Nuova. Tra la stazione e l’hotel c’è un parco che rende la posizione molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Nella zona ci sono anche molti bar e negozi. Camera moderna, con cucina, insonorizzata. Posizione comodissima per visitare il centro e i principali monumenti a piedi.

The location was exceptional, in the very center and close to metro and railway.

The check-in procedure was extremely inconvenient. The check-in office was 600 m away from the apartment, and since we arrived late at night, with heavy suitcases, we had to stop the taxi there and make the driver wait 25 minutes. Furthermore, the receptionist did not explain exactly how to find the room in the building, which took us a lot of time, and how to activate the electricity. The whole key system is very old fashioned

This is an excellent apartment, in a very good location, near the centre of town and the station, but still quiet. Facilitites are good and all function well, with grocery shops and restaurants in the area plentiful. I have been there before, and would go again if they could solve the problem, of access (see below).

They refused to give my wife her own set of keys. This greatly restricted our movements. I am making further visits to Torino later this year, and for this reason have had to book ourselves (and the people we are bringing with us) elsewhere.
