Spacious, clean, great location

Dark - needs stronger light bulbs. Beautiful apartment made somewhat depressing by dim lighting. Cooking facilities are in place but minimal.

Excellent position, good kitchenette facilities , staff service is by internet of phone but return calls were always handled ptomptly.

The location in the heart of Torino was perfect. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for my 4 friends and me.

Great location. No reception on site.

Exceptional location close to the station (without noticing the station), shops and easy walk to the hub of the city. Great communication with the staff, access to washing machine (it’s hidden in a cupboard behind the desk when you walk into the corridor),starter kit of coffee etc, very large room, fantastic view over the park and good soundproofing from windows.

No kettle or toaster (we had to heat water in the microwave and toast bread in frypans). Biggest issue was the key collection as described by other reviewers. I suggest if you can - leave someone at the station with the bags, send someone else for the key than it’s a very short walk to the apartment with bags.
