Dynasty Suites

The apartment is attractive, comfortable and very well located. Will probably go back in future (if the key problem -below- can be solved).

A very long walk to collect the keys, after a 14-hour train journey. Staff refused to allow our son (who lives nearby) to collect them for us. Also they initially said we would be able to get a second set of keys for my wife, but then changed their mind -- once we were settled in. This was a considerable nuisance as it meant we ALWAYS had to go out together, for the whole of our 3-week stay.

Location

Excessive noise from adjoining rooms, description says soundproof but doesn't exist. Communal washing machine just outside the door with strong perfumes. Management unwilling to work with us for a solution. Left after one night - unacceptable accommodation.

the location was perfect, in the city centre. minutes away from the man square.

unfortunately there wasn’t any coffee machine and therefore we couldn’t have breakfast in the room in the mornings.

somebody was playing piano every afternoon from the flat above, also last night around midnight i was having a conversation in the living area watching tv and the flat next to mine was knocking the wall telling to shut up or they would have called police… such weird

Location and clean

One set of towels which I had to wash and hang to dry. Poor cooking facilities. Need washer and dryer in the room
