Very friendly, clean and lovely environment

The sound of the wall a/c was a bit disturbing.

The room and hotel was very clean and quiet! Had fresh cookies at desk and a container of lemon water close by Breakfast was great with a good assortment. Customer service was great especially Carri. She was very friendly and helped me with a problem I had. Would highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, blinds were broken but able to get them closed enough to block the light.

The smell of the rooms is disgusting. Smells moldy and musty. Rooms were not cleaned each day. Not given fresh towels. For not such a cheap price it was disappointing. We stayed here last year as well and it was similar experience. I should have known better...we will not be back

Front desk staff Allison and Carrie were very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel in all areas. Indoor pool was refreshing. Breakfast was top notch and the staff was Awesome! Highly recommend

There had to have been a water leak on our floor, our hotel room floor was greasy, and dirty. After cleanup from showers I wiped the floor down with the towels and they were blackened in color. The room was humid and damp, the air conditioning barely ran. I’m from Wilmington and have moved elsewhere and come back periodically to visit. I was not pleased with this locations cleanliness. I liked that the check in was quick and simple, and parking was open and close. The bed was super uncomfortable to lay on no firmness at all, just sink into it. That’s all I got I stayed one evening and it’s my last time.

This was not a good experience. Getting off the elevator after check in, there was trash and cardboard just sitting there. The hallway and room had a horrible, stale smell strong enough to give a headache. Air conditioner was very noisy. Worst stay EVER. Not recommended.

I'm so glad that we chose this location for our family reunion. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and we were able to get additional supplies within a reasonable amount of time. The Swinson family are grateful for the hospitality of Carol and Allison.
