The staff was exceptional across the board—attentive, professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, making every moment feel personalized and stress-free. The real standout was Anna —when I accidentally left my wallet on the boat and only realized it once ashore (with an early morning flight out of Hanoi the next day), she/they managed to rescue the situation brilliantly, coordinating to bring the wallet back to Hanoi that very evening. That level of help and quick thinking turned a potential disaster into a seamless recovery—truly above and beyond! Overall, highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious, relaxing cruise with top-tier service. The combination of beautiful bays, great food/activities, and this kind of staff dedication makes it worth every penny. Je devais prendre Aspira et a la dernière minute on m a suggéré Azura cruise ...c est la même compagnie. Que vous dire de Azura et la suite impérial...exceptionnel dans tout ..le décor de la chambre et l immense.balcon avec golf et la chambre avec Sauna et bain a remous...le yacht est de 2026 . Le personnel, la nourriture et les activités extraordinaires. Je vous le recommande vivement .

Tout était parfait

We loved the size of the stateroom and the luxury of having a terrace to ourselves. It was wonderful to soak in the tub and watch the scenery through the enormous window. The room really looks exactly as pictured in the photos on their website. The director, Nancy, did a fantastic job keeping us organized and informed. The rooms and areas were very clean and the service was excellent.

The bay is crowded with many cruise ships just maneuvering around each other and anchoring in roughly the same place each night. We loved the terrace, but its use was limited due to either employees smoking on the back deck directly below or guests smoking at the bar directly above, or the flood of diesel fumes from the near-constant idling of the engines or the idling of the tenders and supply boats arriving throughout the early morning and day. Also, it was very odd that the jacuzzi on the top deck was not heated and that there was no conditioner provided as a bathroom amenity. For the price, in Vietnam, we expected a slightly more elevated experience.

Perfect trip on Halong

Crew members were amazing. Very attentive caring and was always in good sprints.

Affordable luxury. The bay is spectacular. This boat, when compared with the many we saw from the water, seems superior - smaller with lots of charm and lovely rooms. Much more charming than the larger, more modern choices. Great staff who work like crazy.

We loved everything but heads-up: Third day is spent on Cat Ba island, which you can do more cheaply solo. A day long Lan Ha Bay cruise from Cat Ba is just as satisfying and much cheaper, just no sleep over. That experience gets you closer to the rocks. Cat Ba, altogether, is a lovely stop, but stay outside the city.

Wonderful cruise, met all our expectations and more. Staff amazing, nothing was any trouble at all. Nancy and Ming very helpful. Would highly recommend this cruise, it was exceptional ❤️

Loved this overnight cruise! Everything was wonderful! We were upgraded to the Azura and it was a new boat and very luxurious. Staff were excellent!

Make the smoking area much smaller!!! The area they are allowed to smoke is basically all outdoor areas, beautiful deck seating areas and tables all have ash trays. Smoking should be contained to an enclosed room because if it is outside us non smokers still have to breath it....not fair, we'd like clean air. Better yet have a completely non smoking cruise!! That would be wonderful.
