Please note that cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Advanced registration will be required. Please provide all passport information (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date) at least 24 hours before departure. Guests with no information provided may not be allowed to check in on board. Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise before departure. Transfer services are also available to and from the property with an extra charge. For pick-up service, guests must provide their address at least 1 day before cruise departure. Pick up and drop off are within Hanoi Old Quarter area only. Included: kayaking or bamboo boat, entrance fees, English-speaking guide, cooking class, sunset party Excluded: beverages, transfer and other services not mentioned A surcharge of USD 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours and early check in. - Please note that a 4% processing fee is applied to any transaction paid by card.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
