NOHO Hotel near Universal Studios Hollywood

Great location & great price! Staff very friendly & helpful. Room clean but sparse...no closet or place to hang clothes, no luggage rack, no hairdryer. MOST COMFORTABLE BED EVER! I chose the NOHO because my regular hotel was booked up & I needed a place to stay. I will stay again if similar circumstances arise.

I’ve traveled a lot in my life. Basically monthly travel for work and personal life. This hotel was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Underline UNSAFE!!!. The guy in the front desk is super rude unhelpful and actually contributes to the problems there. There was 2 guys fighting in the room next to us yelling at the top of their lungs about killing each other from 11pm-2am. I tried calling the guy in the front desk he said he was busy and had other things to do. I went down to the office and asked at least 10 times if he could please do something or at least call the cops. He kept arguing with me telling me I couldn’t tell him what to do. Kept going in about how much work he had. He would literally just walk away and sit in the room next to the office and watch TV. I told him me and my kids needed to leave because we felt unsafe and he wasn’t helping. He just kept saying he wasn’t going to give any refund and that was my problem. I have recordings of him and the fighting and yelling. If someone from their corporate office can please contact me I would gladly share. My kids were crying the entire time we were there. I did call the cops myself, but they asked if I saw any weapons I said no, because we tried to shelter ourselves from the situation. So they lowered their response priority. Unfortunately me and my family couldn’t take it and we left at 2am. I called about 10 different hotels to see if anyone had a room available everyone was booked. Slept in our car.

It was good for the price

If you’re looking for a place to sleep, shower, and use the toilet - this is the place you’re after. If you prefer your room to 1) have a chair, 2) have a spot to hang clothes, 3) have more than one light in the entire room, 4) have an actual blanket on the bed you should look elsewhere. No chair, no place to hang clothes, one single bulb lamp on the wall, one sheet and a thin cover. It was clean. And it was cheap.

Late night choices around like In-N-Out and Taco Bell, walking distance as well as Starbucks. It works well for me.

Pretty good and convenient place to stay

They didn’t have non smoking room my brother has asthma had to get another hotel . Plus they didn’t want to refund my money.
