This is a fantastic hotel. It feels very boutique like. The staff is over the top and the rooms are super comfortable. My only suggestions are to improve the lighting in the bathrooms and add a full length mirror in the rooms. Those two items would push it to 5 all around!

The staff and cleanliness were really amazing. This was a pretty sleek and antique designed hotel. I love that it was walking distance to a few of my favorite places. I would say the only downside is the elevator gets shut off after 11pm and it being very difficult to connect your cellphone to the Bluetooth radio in the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay for my birthday trip. Thanks hotel Kansas City!

It was a beautiful hotel and the staff were wonderful. The Valet's were really nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the room was cold, I had the heat up to 80 and it was still chilly in the room. That being said, the room was beautiful and everything was clean and charming.
