We had a nice stay in this apartment.

The staff couldn't always help us, like when we had questions about parking. In the booking it said that there would be a sofa bed, but this wasn't true. It was just a regular sofa, not meant for an adult to sleep in.

Location was great - only 7-8 mins walk to the Central Station and 13 to Christmas Markets. Everything was very clean and neat. The house had everything we needed: clean towels, nice beds, warm water coffee pods and glasses. The key handover was neat.

The facilities described in the posting didn't match reality. Specifically, we needed a washing machine as we were travelling for many days across multiple locations; the description of this apartment has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and that's why I booked this place - but in fact there was no washing machine and no tumble dryer in the apartment; instead we had access to a shared machine and shared tumble dryer in a dirty basement, both devices constantly occupied. My questions to the owner were not answered timely.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a nice experience overall. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the main station, making it convenient for getting around the city. The access to the apartment and check-in procedures were smooth and exactly as described in the host's messages. I had no issues finding the place or getting in. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully furnished with modern decor. Overall, I had a nice stay and would recommend this apartment to others.

If I had to note a couple of areas for improvement, the curtains were a bit thin, so some blackout blinds would be a great addition to block out the morning light. Additionally, the matresses were acceptable, but not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Fantastic accommodation and only 8 minute walk from train station that takes you to 4 main towns/cities within 55 minutes...Essen in general a great hub for exploring.
