"Disappointed"

Located at 1 U-bahn station from central station. Need a few minutes walk from station but is acceptable. Interior space is quite large.

The environment is not clean. Leftovers are presented in shelves, fridge. The floor is also not clean. The in-room heating is legacy and noisy. The laundry located at basement of appratment and has no power so it's completely unavailable. Even I wrote message to them but got no response.

"Super Wohnung, prima Lage"

Sie war genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage war super und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Wohnung war trotz der Straße sehr leise.

die Lage war sehr gut, ca. 5 Minuten Gehweg zum Hauptbahnhof

es wurde wert gelegt auf Mülltrennung (gelber Sack/Papier/Glas/Restmüll) jedoch wurde darauf mit einem Scan hingewiesen, dann ist es jedoch meistens schon zu spät... es wurde uns aber keine Möglichkeit dafür gegeben (insbesondere gelber Sack)

"gute Lage = nahe am Hbf Essen + ruhige, saubere Wohnung"

sehr gute Lage , nur ca. 10 min Fussweg vom Hbf Essen entfernt, sehr ruhige Wohnung, alles war sauber, den Tisch aus der Küche konnten wir auch im Wohnzimmer benutzen, eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine und Herd mit Backofen war vorhanden

das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war schon recht durchgesessen. Leider war kein Radio in der Wohnung vorhanden.
