Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ziemlich sauber. Es gibt einen guten Fernseher. Es sind viele Handtücher vorhanden. Die Küche ist großzügig.

Es gibt keinen Backofen und kein Schneidebrett. Ich musste alles direkt auf dem Tisch schneiden. Es gibt nur sehr wenige Servietten. Die versprochenen Reinigungsmittel fehlen. In der Duschkabine gibt es keine Tür, deshalb läuft das Wasser auf den Boden.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Zentrum oder auch zur Messe.

Das Bad muss dringend renoviert werden. Leider schimmelt es dort sehr doll. Zudem hatten wir das Gefühl die Wohnung wird nicht warm. Trotz Heizung an.

Bad mit Fenster, großzügige Räumlichkeiten, Balkon

Die Gastherme in der Küche - direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer - hat uns schon gestört. Das Treppenhaus war nur bis zur 1. Etage leidlich sauber (Mieterwohnungen), ab der 2. Etage war es nicht mehr gereinigt und wir hatten den ganzen Aufenthalt lang 2 graue Müllsäcke vor dem Nachbar-Appartment im Treppenhaus stehen. Das ganze Treppenhaus riecht unangenehm nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch.

La situación, muy cerca del centro. Estaba muy limpio y buena relación calidad precio.

Sólo a mejorar que cuando llegamos hacia mucho frío., evidentemente no estaba puesta la calefacción. La encendimos y a la vuelta ya se estaba bien!
