The twin room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. There is a TV with plenty of English films. The bathroom is very nice. The breakfast is delicious and there is a wide range to try, including western and Chinese food. The gym is large and well equipped. Staff are helpful.

We arrived at 3:30pm and were told our rooms would not be ready until 5pm, despite the check-in time being 3pm. We did not want to wait 90 minutes for our rooms to be ready, especially since the hotel is far from the city centre. Eventually, we were offered a free breakfast as compensation. We headed to the pool to wait but were disappointed by the indoor pool. The outdoor swimming pool was empty of water; we were told it would open in June. This information was not displayed anywhere on the website. The indoor pool is not very pleasant and you must wear a hair cap. It felt like a leisure centre. There are not enough loungers next to the pool. The photos online all advertise the outdoor pool which is much nicer than the indoor one.

No mineral water in room, just some kind of RO water which didn’t contain minerals to hydrate . Breakfast had no fresh fruit drinks, just the sweet cordial kind …a bit disappointed as it’s a 5star hotel
