Great hotel with good facilities and friendly staff

They asked me not to smoke in the room but i do not smoke. However rooms where nice and clean but smell a lot old sigarette smoke. As a non smoker this is not ok.

Not that close to the exhibition. Staff doesn’t speak fluent English.

the executive lounge staff was very nice, Linda & Wendy were excellent, the room service was excellent, and the room was excellent

The staff at lobby restaurant was a nightmare. Three to four members standing behind the bar, but lot of tables was not serviced. used glasses and plates. Took half an hour till someone came to take our order. Long waiting for drinks as well for the food. Food came sometimes could, but delicious. When glasses were empty, no one came to service. We used it several times for meetings. Worst experience ever at a 5 star hotel.

Delivered a high quality experience. Very comfy room. Excellent food choices.

Gym was not laid out well, so wasnt obvious that there were two separate rooms.
