Private, beautiful, perfectly located steps off the zocalo.

This hotel was perfect - great central location, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. This is also a great example of good hospitality. The first room we were given had an issue with the air conditioning. So Violeta and her staff went out of their way to provide us with another room. This made our stay extremely comfortable. We really appreciated it. I would recommend this stay to everyone!

Violeta was the best. She has lots of recommendations and she is very helpful

Beautiful hotel in a prime location.

They used interior door between the room and balcony. It is very noisy at night.

Super Lage direkt am Zocalo. Super schönes Haus und tolle Zimmer. Violeta hat sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert und uns mit allen versorgt was wir benötigten.

Das einzige, was Leute mit einem leichten Schlaf stören könnte ist die Lage direkt an einer auch in der Nacht befahrenen Straße. In dem Fall empfehle ich Ohrstöpsel.

Literally in the perfect location, right across from the main square and cathedral. The room was clean and large and comfortable with super high ceilings so that it felt larger than it was. It had a little balcony and felt like an old world European apartment. No breakfast provided but they did leave nice candy snacks and water for us and sodas and juice.

Breakfast or a coffee bar would have been nice. It was hard to get in the first time until we got the access card. People should know there's not really a reception desk or anyone "on duty" during off hours.
