I stayed in apartment with balcony overlooking the street. Everything i wanted to visit in the zocalo area was walking distance. Beautiful bldg and interior.

This is an amazing place. Right in the middle of where we wanted to be and walking distance to everything we really enjoyed. Super clean. Very secure and private. Valeria was super nice and very gracious. Bathrooms are big and very clean nice.

Maybe some pastries and juice in the morning...

Don’t think about it. Just book it. This was an amazing stay for our family of 3. Everything had been thought of to make us comfortable & the personalized service we received was amazing. The location is unbeatable. This is a lovely hotel that has historic charm but completely modern amenities. We will stay here again & send our friends & family.

There is nothing about it that we did not enjoy. The hotel provided plenty of towels, drinking water & toiletries as needed. We stayed during the Day of the Dead festivities & I asked for extra face cloths to wash off our festival makeup, so they left an entire package of disposable face wipes for us. Truly above and beyond first class service.

"A beautiful property in a great location...but read the small print."

It's a beautiful property in a great location. I'd definitely book it again.

I failed to read the small print and managed to book a room without aircon in the summer! Not ideal! I learned my lesson! Next time I'll be sure to check the weather and book a room with aircon, if necessary.
