"Wonderful with a little blip in service."

The location was wonderful. The hotel was quiet and clean. I appreciated the details of coffee, snack, umbrellas in the room.

We stayed in a family room that had two bathrooms. We were getting ready for a wedding and both were blow drying our hair when the fuse went out. There was no one at the property to help use. We had the finish getting ready in the dark. There should always be a phone number available for emergencies and there was not one available.

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel was walking distance from Zocalo square. I also have to add that violeta was amazing!

We loved the hotel. Great location, and Violeta was brilliant. The hotel was a few minutes' walk to all the top sights. The only issue was that the hot water took time to come on. Also there was a leaky roof and so when it rained the rain came through. However, once staff members were informed of this, the matter was sorted out almost immediately. Great stay.
