Dorchester House

Very friendly and helpful hosts, Dorchester house was very clean, my bed was very comfortable with everything I needed in the room. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had.

I've stayed in half a dozen places in Keswick over the years, and this one is by far my favorite. Lovely hosts, the single room was spacious with great facilities with a massive private bathroom, the breakfast had great choices (Porridge with whiskey butter!), the ventilation is the best of any place I've stayed in in Keswick so far. Will be staying here again.

Overall everything was great. The only thing that might have been a little off was the bed mattress is a little firmer than I expected, but honestly this is no dealbreaker. I was very comfortable overall, this was more a personal preference for me!

Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich und kümmert sich um jeden Wunsch. Das Frühstück besteht aus vielfältigen Optionen die von traditionellen englischen Gerichten bis zu leichteren Alternativen reichen.

Everything was fantastic but parking was on the street and had to drive a round a bit to find a spot and then move by certain time depending on where you found a spot

Very nice guest house close to the heart of Keswick. Hostess was friendly and communicative. Property very clean. Reasons for four stars instead of five include the size of the room and bathroom (quite small), and the very limited time for breakfast (1/2 hour window).
