The Vale Rusutsu

The front desk was trying to be helpful to us but the manager was very inflexible.

Very nice unit,clean and hygiene is very good. We enjoy the stay. Location, self drive is easy and plenty of parking.

This place is fantastic - new, large rooms, extra features like washer and dryer and dishwasher. Only problem: The monstrous old resort next door made for mass tourism and endless tour buses hauling in thousands of guests. The two properties are connected but couldn’t be more different. They don’t fit to each other at all. The “town” itself has two convenience stores, that’s it. But the actual hotel itself is very, very nice. No restaurants in the hotel though, only next door at the resort (mass food).

Great ski resort.

Amazing rooms. No issues with cleanliness. Had a dishwasher and laundry machine. Hotel staff even had a driving service to drive us to nearby stores/restaurants. I would come here again even if I didn't ski.

Truly enjoyed this property. The staff George, Liam and Yvonne were outstanding. Each displaying the highest form of professionalism for their roles! Staff were all kind. Property was extremely clean. I really enjoyed the privacy of each unit and the views were amazing! Highly recommend this property as it is true luxury!!

A prefect place for ski trip. I like the kitchen and onsen very much.
