Hot springs access available from 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM.Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file. Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.

"Not worth the money for solo traveller"

Large and comfortable room. Staff speaks perfect English. Some distance from the main ski resort. Very limited choices of dining places which are not at value.

"Very Nice"

Beautiful room, but... only one electrical outlet in kitchen, so had to keep unplugging the coffee maker to plug in the tea kettle, what a horrible design! beautiful views from the window. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff was fantastic! Food was expensive. Easy in and out to skiing

Really really nice room. The Ski in only applies to west mountain which you have to take the nearest lift to use which is a REALLY short run designed for learning or beginnners. The Ski out does go to this lift… but if you’re not just learning it’s not somewhere you want to spend your day. If you’re planning on spending most time at East or Isola, it does take some time to get over there via walk and gondola (25 mins or so assuming no lines).

"Great Ski in/Ski out option"

Very nice hotel/condo. Convenient to the slopes, on site onsen was very clean and easy to access. Bit of a walk to dinning options, but nice in room pizza and a small cafe near by. Included ski lockers was really helpful. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would strongly recommend

Very nice rooms and great onsen, but there are many little inconvencies that take away from a good experience. Limited food options, and most of them were closed in mid-december. The ones that were open were not very good. No waters in the room. We had to ask for room cleanup service. This place isnt't really ski-in/out. Its a bit of a walk, but not too bad.

The room is comfortable and spacious. The utensils are well prepared and you can self cook if you want. Will definitely go again
