I found two cockroaches in my room. It was awful.

Certainty one of the nicest boats on the water... the room is gigantic with separate jacuzzi tub... food was good but the modern clean boat was the star of the show... highly recommend

Out of 600 odd options in Halong Bay we chose Era cruises. From Hanoi to Halong Bay and the cruise, everything was very well organised by Mr Duc and his team, It is an experience to remember. Team at Era cruise were so very helpful all along. The room itself was outstanding.

What amazing trip on Era, the host Duc was awesome, knowledgeable and fun, his staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was terrific form start to finish, the room we had was 5 star and the views from it were memorable

Diese Hotelübernachtung ‘Halong Bay’ ist auf dem Wasser. Suggeriert wird ein hochwertiges Schiff mit einem tollen Hotelzimmer (Schiffskabine in dem Fall). Era Cruises setzt sich dann schnell in Verbindung nach Buchung. Es entstehen dann Zusatzkosten, da man ja erst einmal zu dem Schiff muss. Zu dem Zweck fährt dann ein Shuttle von Hanoi welches einen vom Hotel abholt und dann wieder hinbringt. Die Fahrt dauert ca. 3h. Eine halbe davon Stunde ist ein nichtangekündigter Verkaufsstop auf einer Perlenfarm an der Autobahn. Genau das ist der Punkt, man kommt mit dieser Reise in die gelenkte Gruppentouristik. Das Schiff selbst ankerte in der Halong Bucht, mit einem Tenderschiff wurden alle Gäste, darunter eine Gruppe von 20 Personen vom Hafen in die Bucht gebracht. Es gab einen Reiseleiter der sich ganz auf die Gruppentouristik im Sinne von ständig guter Laune verbreiten (wir winken alle dem Personal des Schiffs zu, viele Witze usw.) konzentrierte. Die Schiffskabine hatte ca. 40qm gefühlt. Das Bad war gross. Der Wohnraum auch. Der Balkon sehr klein. Die Einrichtung war voller Staub und Haare und nicht sehr gepflegt. Das Wasser aus dem Waschbecken tröpfelte nur, Dusche schon stärker. Der Tresor war defekt, wurde auch nicht repariert. Eine grosse Scheibe war gesprungen.Das Schiff ist gefühlt ca. 20-30 Jahre alt. Leistungen: Lunch, Dinner, Frühstück. Das Schiff fährt kaum. Dazu gibt es noch mehrere Angebote (Kajak, Baden, Tai Chi, Grotte). Die Halong Bucht ist voller Schiffe.

Mr. Lee and his staff went above and beyond my expectations and hospitality experience. I’m finding that in just about any facility here in Vietnam, the level of excellence is slightly degraded, but only slightly. We had an incredible, beautiful room, and despite the lack of time our experience was filled with excursions and Activities keeping us busy for the full 24 to 30 hours we were with them. I would highly recommend anybody who wants the most luxurious and immense room with a Jacuzzi bathtub to melt your trip fatigue away from, book two nights with Era cruises. I can’t recommend them anymore than I already have for the experience, and the scenery was unmatchable. Thank you again, Mr. Lee and his staff.are definitely an A1 in my book.
