襖が破れていた。 夕食も朝食も狭いスペースでした。 コーヒーが朝食になくて、別の部屋で頂くのが、変でした。 納豆が大皿にてんこ盛りで各人取るようになっていて、取りづらかった。

De locatie is heel mooi om Hakone en omgeving te verkennen zoals het schitterende Open-air museum, Owakudani, het meer Ashinoko, Sekisho check point en de oude Tokaido road, Het hotel en de kamer, het restaurant en de onsen waren modern en goed op een aantal opmerkingen na, zie minpunten/verbeterpunten,

1e. We hadden een kamer voor 3 personen geboekt. Voor onze dochter was een veels te korte bank opgemaakt. Daar kon ze niet op slapen. Bij navraag werd er een matras op de grond gelegd. Dit vonden we niet kunnen voor dit dure hotel. 2e. De langgerekte inrichting van het restaurant was zeer inefficiënt, waardoor zowel personeel als gasten teveel heen en weer moeten lopen. Dit geld zowel bij het diner - wat voortreffelijk was verzorgd - en zeker voor het ontbijtbuffet! Overal stond wat. Men moet van de eene hoek naar de andere lopen om eten en drinken te halen. Een herinrichting zal zeker personeelskosten besparen en ongemak voor de gasten.

"Excellent hotel in Hakone"

The batch’s are very clean, the services as well. The staff is very friendly and professional. The tea area was amazing. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room and loved it. The location is perfect to visit Hakone, take the cable car or a bus to the museums.

Everything was amazing.

Schone kamer, goede bedden. Avondeten was bijzonder en heerlijk. We hebben genoten van de ruime keuze aan thee in de bar. Ontbijt is vooral Aziatisch, maar prima. De onsen is één van de betere die we hebben gezien op onze reis door Japan.
